Such a bummer. I was dealing with an agent today in Beaverton. We had everything all set to cover my two autos as a new customer and I was happy and had even given my debit card number. At the last possible second the agent had to leave to go pick up her daughter. She transferred me to another agent and it unfortunately was a person I had spoken to earlier in the day who I did not have good chemistry with and who seemed passive aggressive. She IMMEDIATELY jacked up the quote even though NOTHING had changed from just a few moments earlier when I was dealing with the other rep. Payment as a new customer was ready to be processed but everything immediately went down the tubes with the new person. All was set and looked great and then I got transferred to this person and all went downhill FAST. That is life though---all a matter of who you deal with. So, no new customer for Geico when one was in the palm of their hands and all ready to go and I really wanted to be a customer. The agent I was initially dealing with in this call---I had been honest to her about EVERYTHING so if someone responds to this otherwise it is in fact that person who is being dishonest. I'm turned off now and no longer want to be a customer. I hate it when stuff like this happens...so unnecessary, so senseless, etc.

I went today to solve a problem but they made it worse!! Causing me more headache. There is no TRUST. They did something against my will. No respect to the client at all. Not dealing with you anymore.

When my renewal came up the premium had increased 61%. I went in to find out why. I talked to agent Tausha who spent an hour and a half sorting it all out. Turns out that it was a DMV error regarding my driving record and she was able to reverse the error and resolve the issue. I would never have figured it out on my own. Thanks, Tausha.

Rude short and snippy. Felt like I was getting run through the saw mill on this one. I asked her not to be short with me and help me about. It was like she was too busy to help me. Rather than be pleasant and walk me through the different types of options she just slammed me into the cheapest option and didnt explain anything to me. Then the B hung up on me and told me to do my quote online. Ill spend my money elsewhere.
