QDOBA Mexican Eats

We ordered the Chicken and Steak Hot Bar from Qdoba catering and had a 5-star experience. The caterer was on time, friendly and efficient and the food was beautifully packaged and presented. Our caterer brought everything we needed--serving bowls, forks, napkins, and serving utencils and set it all up for us. But the best part was the fresh and delicious food! The chicken and beef were warm and perfectly prepared and all of the sides were the best quality--really delicious and fresh guacamole, corn salad, cilantro lime rice, two kinds of beans, sour cream, fresh pico, lettuce, and red and verde salsas. Honestly, everyone was very happy. We can't say enough good things about it all. I highly recommend them for catering. I'm going back for thirds--

The service at this location is horrendous! The woman helping me was in an awful mood and was taking it out on her customers. I asked for extra white rice and she looks at me says okay and then shook the rest of the rice off the spoon and moved on to the next person? I left this location feeling disrespected and in a bad mood. Don't recommend.

Ordered a bowl for delivery and actually laughed at the quality. The shrimp were rock hard from wild overcooking and couldnt even be chewed, the rice was crunchy and UNDERcooked, a couple toppings were missing, and the beans were so watery they turned everything into a porridge. It was a stew filled with alien textures. Took two bites, decided I dont hate myself quite enough to suffer through that food and ordered from somewhere else. Wouldnt recommend ordering unless youre not hungry and just need a good laugh.

First of all I wouldn't even give them 1 star because of their attitude and interaction with myself and husband. They rush through the whole ordering process and don't make sure that you even know what they're talking about and to be polite we just accept what we get. It's a very strange environment and a weird pressure as if the customer is not even in control or allowed to order what they want. LOL. Its the most ridiculous and un authentic "Mexican eats" I or my husband has ever in life experienced. A "pork" burrito. At least call it a carnitas burrito. And you don't put bell peppers on it confusing fast talking" fajita sauce " not offering anything except the weird choices they offer. Worst burrito of my husband's life. Waste of money and the vibe was only disrespect and disregard for our needs besides just not even logically making an actual burrito. Meat. Rice. Beans. Salsa you can actually See and taste. That is ALL IT TAKES TO MAKE A BURRITO. Baja Fresh. Mexican style burrito or do you want American style whatever. But don't call it Mexican food when you throw bell peppers and sour cream on my obviously CARNITA BURITO WITH BLACK BEANS AND RICE. They're offended by the notion of even calling it a carnita. They say oh no, that's the other places say that. SMH worst experience of my life. Didn't say hello or goodbye to us. No straws. No customers. No service. No social skills. No understanding of what a burrito is. Like have these employees ever had a burrito. A sad day for any Mexican or Latino my husband is mind blown being mixed Mexican hisself. Support taco trucks, Baja fresh and even TACO BELL of this place. Rude and culturally lost restaurant. Never again.

Qdoba has absolutely replaced Chipotle in our rotation. The burrito was hot, meaty and best of all, the guacamole was free. Make the switch !
