I would absolutely and very definitely recommend Laurie and the Premiere Property Group for anyone needing real estate services. I found Laurie to be very knowledgeable about home-buying in general and the Hillsboro, Oregon, market in particular. Those qualities were a great help for us, buyers from out of state who were relatively inexperienced in purchasing real estate. Laurie coached us throughout the process and was totally in our corner. Totally. She recommended a loan agent and gave us leads on an insurance agent. When repair needs about the property surfaced during the buying process, she quickly texted me lists of reputable contractors in the area. Even though it hurt her own bottom line, she helped us negotiate a $70,000 price reduction, plus closing costs, as well as some other benefits. We were very pleased with Laurie.
