Oh my goodness, where do I even start with Michael Kiriazis? He helped my husband and me buy our first home, and let me tell you, he was a total lifesaver! We really enjoyed working with Michael as a realtor. He is honest about if he thinks something is not a good deal rather than trying to convince us to buy something we dont like or is not what we are looking for. He is thorough in his research, when we were considering a 1940s home with one bathroom, Michael brought out contractors to offer quotes on what adding a bathroom would cost so we could take that into consideration when making an offer on the home. As first home buyers we flooded his inbox with endless questions and he was always ready to answer them with patience and highly knowledgeable answers. Michael has good working relationships with folks in all kinds of related fields which we have really benefitted from. He suggested a great home inspector for us and has offered recommendations in many other areas.
