She made our daunting contingency loan go smoothly, closing out our previous home loan on the same day as our purchase. She communicated interest rates with us daily until we were ready to lock in. Client centered commitment! I highly recommend her to everyone I know. She's clearly experienced and knowledgeable, and is able to communicate these complicated processes clearly. The rates and fees were lower than the agent working with big banks that our realtor suggested, and credit unions are community based.

Kim is wonderful to work with. In fact, I just completed my third loan with her. As I purchase homes for renting, I need a lender who can manage the process from pre-approval to the completed loan, and Kim is professional from start to finish. She makes the loan process easy and painless, communicates to me throughout the process, and always answers my questions promptly. Thank you Kim. And as a side note, OnPoint's rates to me have always been the most competitive with the least amount of loan fees. Very important when purchasing properties.
