I took my BMW March 2024. I had spoken to Christian on the phone prior to bringing the vehicle in. I told Christian that I needed brakes on the back and sensors all the way around as I had had the front brakes replaced. I was not Quoted a price. Nor did I ask for one. I was called telling me that my car was ready to pick up. Christian told me that I had rust on my front rotors and what problems that could lead to. I paid and went home. As I looked at my invoice, I noticed they had replaced the rear rotors on my car. Still, I was pleased with the service. I was sent a email asking how the service was. I told them it was fantastic other than the fact that I did not ask for rear rotors and I shouldve been called before they were put on my car. Maybe a phone call to replace the front rotors since they were rusty wouldve been nice. The response from Christian from was far from satisfactory. He said he quoted me a price with the rotors, and he had not. He said he didnt call about the front Rusty rotors to replace them because I was hanging around bend waiting for my car. Also, he wouldve had to order the rotors. He said that there was a lot of life left on the front brakes. Remarkable since they had only had 90 miles on them. The service that was performed on my car was outstanding. The communication and the lack of honesty is a dealbreaker for me.

Not the least expensive place in town for service, but Im a firm believer that you get what you pay for. Its been my experience that at matrix you get what you pay for, professional work by professionals.
