        I just have to give a shout-out to Jen Troiano. She has been so helpful and constantly gone above and beyond with helping me and my partner with our banking needs. First met her when we refinanced our vehicles. Two months later we moved to the south and banking has been tricky since there are no Selco's over here. She's been so helpful especially when my card got cancelled. Having a bank account I cannot access in person has been tricky but if it wasn't for her I would have already closed my checking and savings. Thanks Jen!

        The new App is really bad and unreliable, hardly works. Have had multiple issues with it. And a lot of times you look to see your account and its not accurate like they dont subtract what you spend from your account the day of. Disappointing.

        They are not as pleasant as they pretend to be, especially with their business ethics and practices. I would recommend any other credit union besides this one
