        My spouse and I went to Bend Oregon to celebrate our wedding anniversary and we were delighted with the Peppertree. The location was convenient and close to what our interests were, the room was spacious and comfortable, and the $1 off an adult beverage the 2 nights we were there was a fun surprise. The quick self-serve check in and key grab was easy and the staff attentive. We will be back!

        The room and lobby was clean and modern. The building appears to be newer. The location was easy to find as well. However, we were very disappointed the morning of when the housekeepers started knocking and trying to come in before check out time, AND the front desk started calling and emailing trying to get us out! I confirmed with the housekeeper that it was not yet check out time to ensure we read the right sign, and she confirmed it was still before check out time. Ive worked in a hotel and stayed at many. Disturbing your guests before check out time is not acceptable. We also opted out of express checkout, meaning we would have to go to the front desk to check out.
