This is a uniquely renovated, very busy Motel. It has a lot of amenities, even a (small) restaurant and fully stocked bar on site. A great fire pit for sitting out and chatting and reading. Tons of sit outside places in fact. The staff here is excellent and there are even quiet rooms across the street. Here are the issues: Can be noisy Kids over take the pool Sketchy part of town Walking to downtown can feel like you're in the inner city of America's worst. It's a very busy area. But a shopping center is right across the street. This is a very cool concept and design. And the rooms are amazing. If you want the best part of town you better choose the DoubleTree or the Drake instead. This is downtown Bend. But it does feel safe!!!
