Room stunk, shower was broken, beds hard as rocks, says non smoking but entier 1st floor smelled of cigarettes, was yelled at by the night staff after a trip and fall incident outside their property that we complained about, was the wheelchair entrance where the fall happened floor was miss matched level wise Rooms: Disgusting

Stayed a few times no issues. Then was told I couldn't extend a stay due complaints? Per management Rooms: First floor rooms smell like mold Food & drinks: Got some raisin bran the raisins were hard as rocks

We stay here when we are in Bend. It is convenient and the service is EXCELLENT! This trip, Zachary was the newest of the quality customer service we have come to expect at this Super 8. Rooms are a little dated, but clean and comfortable. Breakfast was standard continental with the new pancake maker. Zachary checked in several times to be sure everything was filled and clean in the breakfast area.

Nice, quiet and clean. Vera (I hope I remembered her name) is awesome at the front desk. Very personable!
