I worked with Matt when buying my 1st house house and I will 100% be working with him on any future home purchases. He did a phenomenal job in explaining the entire process and making sense of the insanity of home buying. The guy is an absolute wizard when it comes to mortgages and went through every possible scenerio to find the best option for my situation. Matt was always clear and upfront with all of the information and worked hard to get everything done ahead of time so there was as little stress as possible.
