Erika was fabulous to work with! Super responsive and communicative, happy to answer questions, patient with us when we couldn't make up our minds, and offered a lot of advice as we were starting our search for our new homesite. She even allowed us to intrude on her weekend and met us at her office on a Saturday (with her daughter in tow) to talk about the sites we had visited and offer her opinions. I would highly recommend her to anyone.
