If I could write down the requirements for the perfect realtor; that specification would be manifested in Jake Hermeling. It was only by chance that I met him and without any significant due diligence asked him to help us sell our home. Not only did he sell it, but made sure we got the deal we needed to stay in our home, rent free for 3 months, AND got us 6 offers by the Monday after our home hit MLS the previous Thursday. We ended up accepting an offer well above our asking price in a buyers market. He has stuck with us and worked with our new homes realtors to ease our transition between the properties. He is always there when we need him and has pulled us back from the edge with his knowledge and understanding of the Bend real estate market to help keep the experience as stress-free as possible. We are total believers in Jake, his process, ethics and ability to more than exceed expectations.

I've known Jake for a few years, and we didn't hesitate to choose him to sell our home last month. He's communicative, exceptionally well aware of the area, intelligent, and knowledgeable about any real estate facet that would apply to a home purchase or sale. He was able to help us get our house listed very quickly, and it sold within a couple of days. He was instrumental in negotiating a contingent offer on a different home, and everything went smoothly. I'm usually pretty high-strung about any business transaction, but Jake put our worries at ease. If you're looking for a dependable realtor, I'd recommend no one look any further.

Jake did a phenomenal job in helping us find a home for our parents. He is knowledgeable about the area, great at presenting the right options, responsive, and a pro at closing. I would highly recommend him to anybody looking for homes in Central Oregon!

Jake was a pleasure to work with. As a long-time Bend resident Jake has a wealth of local knowledge that helped with our buying decision. His timeliness and professionalism made the process as stress-free as possible. We visited Bend to take a look at a few properties and Jake took time out of his weekend to give us a tour of the neighborhoods, share his knowledge as well as a few other things that went above and beyond our expectations. We would hands-down work with Jake again and would highly recommend him.
