Thank you Eli & the Mova Roofing team. We recently had our roof replaced after a hail storm. We considered a couple different contractors and choose Mova Construction LLC. There were a couple key reasons we went with Eli and his team. 1) Positive feedback from neighbors and friends 2) Detailed scope of work and not just a number 3) Values that others did not provide or choose not to document: - Clean up with magnetic rakes and other magnet tools (I have not found a nail yet... something other neighbors have been complaining about with other roofers. - Changed existing roof box vents (faded) with new and more recommended ridge vents. - Quick responses to my questions about shingle types as I did my own research on shingles and they are not all the same. Elis's team started when they said they would and finished when they said they would (weather permitting, which did not impact them). The team at Mova did an excellent job on our home. The initial consult and bid process was thorough and pressure-free; I felt that some other companies were trying to upsell me at every turn. No issues with that while working with Mova. The bid was completed in a timely manner, with some different shingle options to consider. Communication with the office was always completed in a timely manner with all of my questions answered to my satisfaction. We had a complete tear off of two layers of old roof shingles, along with replacement of some rotted boards and the addition of a ridge vent. The also installed the new gutters. The crew took great care to protect our new landscaping--nothing was damaged--and they also did a very thorough clean-up of any debris. They were a hard-working team.
