        Grossly unprofessional organization. It took four follow-ups, in person to this office (they don't respond to voicemails) in order to get my (simple W2) taxes completed. I dropped off taxes in late January and did not get a resolution until early April. Many broken promises of phone calls and follow up emails that NEVER occurred. To top it off, Maggie just told my wife "If you wanted to have your hand held, you should have just hired a CPA".
