        The service department said it would take 2.5 to 3 hours to do the recall, so I decided to wait at the dealership. After 7 hours I finally walked back to the service area and my car was sitting there ready to go. I asked how long it had been done, and that nobody had notified me that it was ready. The response was "I don't think too long!"
