I took my car into CCR after hitting a deer. Listed are some reasons as to why I would rate them 5 stars.. - The staff was friendly and professional - The building is clean - Paperwork was quick and easy - Scott handled everything with my insurance company so I didnt have to deal with the nightmare - They gave me a loaner car for the entire time they had my car at no extra cost - Good communication - The provided quality NEW parts on my vehicle - They completed all of the work on my car in 3 weeks - They noticed more damage than I did and worked with insurance to get it ALL fixed - They detailed the inside and outside of my car so when I picked it up it was sparkling clean and smelled brand new inside The only complaint I would have is that it took about 2-3 months to be able to drop my car off from the time I hit the deer. Although, I understand that is pretty standard so it didnt really bother me! Overall CCR was an amazing experience for me and I recommend this place to anyone looking!

If you've been in a collision this is the place! Easy to deal with and killer communication. Take care of everything and do it right they don't cut corners to save a buck. Everything replaced with best parts. They take care of my personal rigs and also all the companies fleet rigs.
