Shaun. He is nice but not honest person. He request not to pay to the office. He ask for pay in check. No in honest way. We do not recommend. Very disappointing.

Dave was great to work with on my residential build. We ran into several issues with setbacks and he helped orient our house so that we would meet all required setbacks. After the city gave us the incorrect setbacks, and after we were far into the process of planning, somebody at the city ended up catching the setbacks as being incorrect. This caused the house we were planning to build to not fit on the lot. We were working with a smaller lot and everything needed to be relatively precise. After some scrambling and multiple calls and emails back and forth to Dave, some flipping and re orienting/positioning, we found a solution that saved our build. We were also dealing with a flood plane issue that turned into a nightmare with the city. Dave was always prompt in answering and replying to calls and emails and helped us get it figured out with our LOMA to FEMA, all in the same day. Id highly recommend him.
