If I could give 6 stars, I would without hesitation. Monika is hands down the best realtor you can ask for. She is genuine, kind, funny and ALSO tenacious, driven and will do what she needs to do to make sure you're taken care of. I was seriously blown away that she was with us at every turn, attending every open house and making sure my husband and I had all the information we needed right away. Monika is a total anxiety reducer and does everything with a smile. She made an incredibly difficult process easy and made you feel genuinely good about it. Don't make the mistake of passing her up!

Monika Meeker really was the beat realtor I could ask for. Much like car salespeople, I was scared to be left in the dark and given a lot of empty promises. But she was amazing and held our hand through every process. She was always there to help with any snag in the process with other groups and ultimately helped us get our dream home. The fact she works with veterans and is knowledgeable of the VA process and homes for heroes is a huge benefit. Monika is the real deal.

Monika is very knowledgeable and her attention to every detail made this process seamless and stress free. The stager she chose was fabulous. Monika even dusted the floors between showings and for the new owners before they moved in. She also watered the new sod for us. Saving us a commute across town. You would be crazy to go anywhere else.

Amazing realtor! We were referred to Monika from a friend and we could not have been more grateful! She was patient with us when we were not 100% sure where or if we were ready to purchase sending us options that met our criteria in a few neighborhoods regularly. She was super helpful and listened to our feedback making the process smooth. Once we had figured out where we wanted to buy she guided us through the process going above and beyond to answer our questions and help us understand each step as this was our first home purchase. She has excellent connections and even recommended a lender to us who was exceptional and we ended up working with them as well. I could not recommend her enough! If you are looking to purchase a home in Oregon definitely talk to Monika.
