Brian @ better built is a great guy, he was very reasonable with his rebuild price for the 68RFE in my dodge truck, he also got right on fixing it when a part failed to get me back on the road & even delivered it back to me after the repairs were done. Highly recommend him

Brian was very helpful in while discussing my wants/goals for the transmission build. Very knowledgeable and prompt with responses. Very good communication through the entire process, build looks great, I haven't had a chance to drive with the transmission yet but after the numerous conversations with Brian, I'm confident it will work great

Brian reached out to me through an internet forum to assist me with a question that I had about a new chevy truck that I bought. Little did I know that this would lead to multiple days of back and forth questions and ideas to help diagnose my issue and ultimately fix my truck. Every question I had was met with not only a knowledgeable answer but multiple solutions to my problem. I would not have been able to complete the repair on my truck without Brian's seemingly unending knowledge and quick responses day and night and even on the weekends. I will always recommend Brian and his shop to anyone that I can. Amazing customer service and helpful attitude. Hard to find anymore!
