Zola's on the Water

Overall the entire vibe at Zola's was great! The server was swamped with tables (but who isn't anymore) he was still highly attentive and prompt with service. The pizzas were perfectly made and the ingredients were all well portioned. The crust was soooooooo incredible and had just the right texture, light, warm, and fired just right. My only disappointment was that we asked for outside and we got the hallway on the side of the building which was outside, but not really; the music playing on the speakers was deafening, and directly behind us, and it was tough to carry on any conversation.

Delicious pizza and breadsticks! This is the best pizza crust we have ever had! Ordered the BLT pizza and the pineapple pepperoncini breadsticks and they were yummy.

I like the new design and how they expanded.. but I would much prefer the old Zola. The pizza just isn’t the same anymore.. same goes for the wings. That’s probably cause they have so much more items on the menu to focus on now. If you’ve eaten Zola frequently in the past then you would know. Anywho, I still love the place and would go back to visit if I ever go through Brookings again.
