Miles Pellet Stoves

Right from when my husband talked with Brett Rybolt about our pellet stove. He said he was very professional and knowledgeable. We were able to have Briggs his son come two days later. On time, very professional and efficient. Was able to find the problem, clean stove all maintenance done correctly. Great personality for working with consumers. Had everything clean when he left. We for sure will have them as our service on our pellet. Answered all my questions. Thank you for such a great job.

Brett and Briggs are the most down-to-earth genuine guys you can work with. Theyre honest and hard-working. They had all the parts on hand that I needed and explained the whole process as they were fixing my pellet stove. I cant say enough good things about them. Support small business. Absolutely, hands down the most professional experience I have encountered from a company in a long time. I felt like I had a family friend coming in to help out our family. Brett & Briggs didn't just listen to my concerns, but actually heard me, they made me feel safe and made made me feel comfortable. These days that is hard to find. Not only is the quality of the completed wood stove install just beautiful, but they took the time to let me know how it works, that it is safe, and that they want to make sure that out family is safe and warm with a reliable system. Brett and Briggs were a total lifesaver we havent had heat for three days and they came and fixed going above and beyond to make sure we had heat. I would recommend them to anyone having trouble with their pellet stove. Thank you so much guys!
