Extremely knowledgeable, Honest & Professional, Excellent Communicator, Timely responses Jim had a very knowledgeable understanding of the market. He was most concerned about what we were concerned about; timely sale of my mothers home, done thoughtfully, at the best price. He suggested simple easy changes to enhance overall show well appearance, inside and out. He was an excellent communicator, very timely and always available by txt, email or phone. He was very familiar with HOA rules/guidelines and provided great help with questions/concerns there. He offered names of local contractor & carpet cleaner, which we were able to secure in very timely order. Jim asked lots if questions to get ahead of questions/concerns agents buyers might have and was always very prepared. He was extremely patient and helpful with questions I had regarding the different contracts I needed to sign. He helped to build my confidence about what it was I was signing, without having to get a lawyer to review. Jims advertising of our home with Open Houses, right after it was listed, was a huge blessing. Plus, his emails, internet advertising and handouts made our home visible to a larger population.
