Very Happy with Matt's work. He was so helpful! Fixed my service engine soon light problem, recommended me to a shop for my transmission and suspension and called ahead to tell them info on my truck. Who does that kind of service anymore? Outstanding! He has my business from now on. Matt did a great job explaining everything to me and patiently answering my questions. He didn't try to sell me repairs I didn't need.Very honest and reasonable with his prices. You wont get that a dealership! And his helper Scruffy is an adorable dog! WOW! How about a thousand stars for this man. I was driving in from Portland and had a flat in Carlton...called another place and the man who answered said...nope. don't do that. Don't know anyone. Good luck and hung up. Found Matt's listing, called and he said he'd be right there to help. Within 10 minutes Matt was there. Not only did he change out my flat but he realized that for brand new tires, I had a front end alignment problem...not just a flat tire. He stated I needed to get it checked out ASAP. He followed me to Carlton Corners and noticed that the spare tire needed air and promptly put some in. I was extremely grateful for his courtesies and concern. As a travel nurse, I drive up to 1 hour to arrive at work and back 1 hour....night shifts... thus his insight and knowledge vs blowing me off and just changing a tire saved me much more than another tire. I am deeply thankful that it was Matt who arrive. 100% honest and trustworthy.
