HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. The rooms were at least clean but outdated. They boast 'memory foam' on the beds, but they were not all that comfortable. Upon check out, I had to leave my key (for room 10) in the drop box as no one would answer the door when I buzzed it to the office at 7:30 AM. I got home from my trip and found an additional charge on my bank account for another $100. Upon calling the motel, MULTIPLE TIMES, someone finally answered and was extremely rude to me. He told me that I wouldn't have had the charge had I turned in my key to ROOM #5. Uh, excuse me, I was in ROOM #10 and put it in the drop box. I was charged for a different room key. He said, "Oh, that is our mistake, you will be compensated". I asked when I could expect to be compensated as I had an outstanding check that needed to clear my bank. He hung up on me. I called back, I asked to have my funds returned immediately, he hung up on me again. The third time I called, I asked if I needed to get the police involved as this was theft, he again hung up on me. There are much better, more customer friendly, NICER places to stay, DON'T GO HERE. Rooms: Nothing special, no place to store any bags except one bag stand. No counter space in the room or in the bathroom.

Great place and service. The manager was really responsive and good. The rooms were clean and well kept. Stayed there for 2 nights during the winter, and it was great.
