        Seen Sam last week and again today. He fixed an issue Ive been having with my phone since the day I bought. No one in a store, online or by phone would bother to take the time to figure out what was wrong. Long story short the person I bought my phone from (USC) used my sim card out of my old phone. Not a new one. Ive never had access to data , it just would not load. Wifi was about 50% use while sitting 6ft from wireless router. I go in the store, they would look at my phone and say its working. Come to find out there is a tower in the parking lot, so of course it worked. Ive been with USC for 30yrs give or take. I was to the point of dropping them. Phone works like it should of from day one, not 3 yrs later. Thank you Sam for putting in the effort. I went back today to the home wifi to try.
