So far I've used them twice and only had one long wait. Sounds like there was a kiddo needing labs and they were waiting on orders.

Staff at Steward Meadows unable to manage computersthey were unable to help my son in law twice now due to computer illiteracy, even after he was referred and instructed to go there by the Portland office.
Staff at the Central Point clinic decided that it was okay to draw blood in one vial and to then pour his blood manually over into other vials. (blood was obviously spilled in the process). I have never heard of anything like this. I am a Providence employee and totally shocked about the standard of care.
