I had an issue with my payroll and a third party entity that I truly did not understand how it was going to wrap up and I started searching for answers. I came across his firms website and phone number and it was a local number Vs a 1-800 number. I gave them a call. Not only did the receptionist listen to my problem and empathize with the situation, she took notes and tried to keep me on the line as she knew the attorneys would be off another call shortly. I opted for a call back and sure enough, Mike called me back and answered my questions free of charge to pay it forward in the world! This kind of service is lacking in our society especially in the legal department and I would absolutely go back to Mike and his firm when I need something settled because of the grace he showed me and my family. I contacted the office of Mr. OBrien with a issue I had and he gave me advice with no charge at all and gave me steps to get my issue solved , thank so much Mr OBrien
