We had the best visit at Buybuybaby. We came in to get a better idea on what would work best for new baby. We were greeted by Lauren, who assisted us through the process of finding what would work best for our baby. Liz also jumped in and helped out. Liz also helped us carry all our goods to the car and made sure we were safely in our vehicle (it was dark) before heading all the way inside. We felt welcomed, and very reassured we were getting exactly what we needed. They are so helpful and friendly. Today, we stopped by and saw Liz. Who immediately recognized us and baby girl! It was so amazing, and little one was happy to see Liz! Its the personal touches some employees have that really make a business successful! Thanks Liz and Lauren. You are truly awesome!

I never thought I'd see the day when I'd be in the market for baby stuff, but...well, here we are!Whether due to the unstoppable march of Amazon and company, it seems that the likes of stores such as Babies'R'Us, Motherhood Maternity and other stores specializing in baby-related merchandise are nowhere to be found - at least in the Portland metro area. Sure, there are a handful of boutiques, if you hunt and peck for them, but finding everything you need in one place is almost an impossibility. Fortunately, buybuy Baby bucks that trend: a big box for little tykes!Inside, you'll find everything you need, including: diapers and diaper bags, clothing, strollers, swingers, cribs, toys, accessories, pumps, and so many other things foreign to my eyes and knowledge, I would have been completely lost without my wife showing me the ropes. Gift registries are available, and handy for people like me, who need checklists to make sure everything is done right! Employees are helpful and knowledgeable, but suffer from the typical lackadaisical malaise akin to all millennials, and thus not particularly engaging, so you will have to come to them with your questions and requests: they're not going to come to you.buybuyBaby is pretty much the only one-stop shop for all your baby needs in the city, so unless you're willing to scrounge through the straggling, messy, picked over shelves at Walmart, Target or other big box retailers, do yourself a favor and avoid any further headaches: just come here - your pregnant wife doesn't need any more added stress!
