        RUN FOR THE HILLS FROM THIS PLACE!!!! I have OHP and was assigned to Advantage. I do not have a choice unless I want to wait for over an hour on the phone with OHP to get things switched over. The voicemail says they will get back to you in one business day. This is a LIE!! And they WILL NOT answer the phone. The phone has you on hold for 5min then sends you to voicemail. The online scheduling system is complicated and when you finally get to this clinic they have disabled it. I need to get seen. If the customer service is this terrible right off the bat, in my experience every time you need to get a hold of them it will be impossible. I do not trust this office to do their job. And I'm honestly infuriated. As an aside, I have sensory issues with hold music and they do not have it set up to allow android phones to hold for you. So I'm just sitting there calling getting increasingly overwhelmed at a task that is extremely difficult for me anyways slowly getting filled with a sensory rage I cannot control. So be aware of that and make sure to prepare yourself if you struggle with the same issues.
