Video Only Clackamas

They were nice at the store. Once the television was purchased, and I had questions I was on my own. They said we could contact for help. I asked two questions. One, about installing the tv directed me to an outside contractor. Thats reasonable. The other should have been able to easily answer considering video is supposed to be their expertise. Their response email was less than helpful. Luckily I can figure most things out with research, but some people who might not be very tech savvy (so to speak) may struggle.

Consumer service sucks for us,latinos who have two last names. But in credit card just show one. Even if we bring passport with the two last names. Dont be able to purchase anything in the store just bcuz of that

Jonathan at the Clackamas store went out of his way to give me a great deal on a LG 65G3 TV. Spent hundreds less than I would have at Best Buy.
