Marcus was early, polite and professional. Extremely upbeat and upfront regarding the process and pricing. Replaced all three torsion springs, lubricated the rollers and reviewed his work when finished. Fair price, great service and we would highly recommend this company. Lastly, this was done on a Saturday morning and it was pleasant to have a bright willing service tech with an appropriate sense of urgency to get our door working. Thanks again Marcus! Oregon City Garage Door was the Best. With time on my side, I got six quotes for my two garage doors and one new door lift. They were the best price AND for better doors. Four out of the six installers were selling the exact same door brand (Cloplay). The day of install, they arrived on time and got the job done right.

We met with Cody on the sales side. He was empathic to our needs, We have a special size door and he measured twice and cut once. Everything he promised got delivered. On the install side Joe and Tom called before they arrived and showed up on time. They did a fantastic job on a special order door. They took the time after to go over any questions I had. They cleaned up all their cardboard and even swept the floor in the garage. Companies like Oregon City Garage door really puts homeowners at ease. People skills are required in their job and all three of them aced that test. Thank you Team for a quality Job well done.

Had them come out and replace an opener. Could not ask for a better experience. All time best repairs at our house. First class all the way. Got it replaced and showed me how to work it in a very short time. Then cleaned up perfectly. They will be the ones I call if I ever need repair or replacement of our garage doors. Or openers.
