Janel the owner of the business is fantastic. Compassionate and caring. The caregivers took care to know mom to give special care to her. They played music she liked and spent time outside with her. They also kept the house clean and laundry done. I would recommend this company to anyone needing care for a loved one

I have worked for Assisting Hands since 2019. They have become like family to me, and I enjoyed my time. Plenty of clients, steady raises, and very accommodating and supportive to their staff. I was welcomed back even after I left to join the Army National Guard, and have been proud to represent Janel and her company ever since.

Assisting Hands was a lifesaver in helping to care for my father after a recent stroke. They were extremely responsive in working with the rehab facility on the discharge plan, and were very flexible and patient with all of our questions as this was unknown territory for us. The caregivers were prompt, professional and compassionate.

Assisting Hands was excellent caring for my aging mother! She has Parkinson's and other debilitating conditions, which required someone to be with her every day, for 8 hours a day (until her children were able to be with her in the evenings). AH found excellent caregivers for mom for over 2 years; the caregivers were long-term, and always reliable and outstanding. In addition to the competence and caring of each individual caregiver, the office provided excellent oversight for medication management. Whenever we had any questions or feedback, they responded willingly and thoughtfully. They were flexible, and worked with the caregivers to find and adjust the optimal schedule for my mom. I would highly recommend them, and have already done so to other family members and close friends.
