irst experience with CPAP. Gurpreet S was most helpful in explaining all aspects of the devices involved. A pleasant time communicating with her. She was very patience with me. The other staff were great and involved as well. Thanks to all.

First misplacing my order waiting 2 months after my doctor sent it. Then I get a broken cpap machine with the wrong prescription. My replacement wont connect to the app. Says the tubing needs connected when its connected. The lady you email for help is beyond rude. Dont come here. Waste of time and money.

After years of dealing with NW Med, I was looking for another supplier. There are many in the Portland area. I was served well by Sarah this time and am giving a good review because of her work. If this good work does not continue, I will be looking for other suppliers.

After numerous phone calls ( first telling me my CPAP supplies were ready, no you need to talk to this person first, no she's not in,etc) I got an appointment, brought my CPAP machine, waited 30 minutes without someone telling me ' I'm sorry, we'll be with you'.

Two stars for how long it took to get an appointment after my doctor sent in the order (two months). I understand that we have come through a pandemic and supply chain issues, but I did not receive a call letting me know they had the order and that it would be a wait before they could set an appointment. I called several times with mixed results in getting information. FIVE STARS ***** for an excellent appointment with Christina.
