Ive been a VIP member for a few years now and I love the staff. Im sad to see Jess go, Ill miss her but hope she pops in once in a while to say hello. Kylee is their new addition and shes wonderful! She has been doing my facials for the last couple of months and she really knows her stuff! She is so pleasant, made me feel comfortable and did a great job! My skin felt and looked great after her treatments. Thank you Kylee!

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Chan and his team and am absolutely thrilled with my results! I had a chin implant with submental liposuction and ultherapy with Dr. Chan November of last year. I had two consultations, one with Dr. Chans assistant Yvonne, and another with Dr. Chan 2 weeks before my surgery date. Both Yvonne and Dr. Chan listened attentively to my concerns and desired results before recommending treatment options. I was previously recommended a neck lift by another surgeon, and Yvonne advised that that wouldnt be necessary to achieve the results I was looking for. I really appreciated her honesty since it saved me from a much more invasive procedure as well as additional cost! Dr. Chan was also incredibly patient and thorough in answering my (many) questions. He listened attentively and asked clarifying questions to make sure we were on the same page about what I was looking for. He also showed me some chin implant samples so we could work together in choosing the best shape size for my anatomy. The procedures themselves were incredibly quick and virtually painless I underwent all 3 procedures in one visit under light sedation. Shae, who performed ultherapy on my chin and neck, was so kind and knowledgeable. The ultherapy was only slightly uncomfortable as my pain meds hadnt fully kicked in yet, but the pain was still very minimal and manageable. Shae made friendly conversation the whole time and made sure I was comfortable. Next, Dr. Chan performed my submental liposuction and chin implant surgery. He was again very careful to make sure I wasnt in any pain and gave additional lidocaine shots when necessary. From start to finish, all 3 procedures took under an hour, which I attribute to the teams skill and experience. Recovery was easy and uneventful. I was able to return to work the day after my surgery (I primarily WFH), as I didnt need any prescription pain meds after the first day and felt surprisingly normal. I was visibly swollen and bruised for the first week or so but felt absolutely no pain. In my experience, the worst parts of recovery were wearing the compression garment and sleeping slightly upright which isnt bad at all! I returned to in-office work after about a week with some concealer to hide the remaining bruising, and while I thought I still looked a little odd at that point, none of my coworkers made any comments. All visible swelling and bruising were completely gone within two weeks. Lastly, I am in love with my results I have always been a bit insecure about my weak chin and wanted a stronger jawline and slimmer neck. Dr. Chan knocked it out of the park by giving me the definition I was looking for while still looking incredibly natural and complementing my existing features. I still look like myself, but more balanced and attractive version of myself! My only regret is not starting the process sooner. I would highly recommend Dr. Chan and Reviance to anyone interested in a chin implant or facial cosmetic surgery in general.

I have been a patient at Reviance for six months. Without a doubt they are the best plastic surgery and aesthetics center in Portland. The first person I met when I made an appointment was Yvonne Troutman. She is the patient coordinator and all around go to girl when you have any questions. She is excellent and works very hard to ensure all patients are happy with their experience at Reviance. Both Shae and Jessica are excellent estheticians and the entire staff are very welcoming. The office beautiful. My review is focusing on DR. Haena Kim. She is a gift. She is so much more than just a plastic surgeon. Her attention to detail is incredible. The first procedure I had done left me me with more than I expected. I was so grateful I nearly cried. Dr. Kim is very warm and very patient. She listens to my concerns. I never feel rushed. When I ask about an issue or possible procedure she explains everything clearly and why it might be a good idea or not a good idea.What I love most is her sense of humor and endearing laugh. I always feel so upbeat after seeing her. I have just begun my journey with Dr. Kim. I trust her completely and I do not say that lightly. I am 75 and have seen other plastic surgeons throughout the years. Without a doubt Dr. Kim is the best. We in Portland are very lucky to have her.

Shea has been great helping me achieve my skin care goals. I been on the vip program for several months now and been doing IPL and Chem peels and notice a great difference in my skin and the spots lightening up I def recommend her she is very careful and pretty fantastic:)

Jess is the Best for delicious amazing facials. You can relax while she treats your face to a variety of yummy smelling and feeling, freshly made customized treatments. She's very fun, professional, & knowledgeable. Especially, If you want your skin to look good and you're getting treatments or using expensive creams...if your skin is clogged they won't absorb well. You'll love her ! Won't let me write separate reviews... So also I love Julie! You can count on her to make sure you feel your best , look natural and feel more confidant. She's fun, professional, detail orientated, and very knowledgeable.(and hilarious) She's the Best. Everyone @ Reviance is a gem, Including Dr Chan Highly recommend
