Sales were good and personable. We enjoyed our experience with the purchase. We absolutely love our base camp 20x. On and off grid. Perfect for folks that like a mix of both. We have recently had some issues with the service department under the old owners. The new group has worked hard to clear up any issues and the improvements are evident.

Well. Terrible experience. They do NOT pay attention to detail, they are very quick to take your money and get you out the door. Weve recently just upgraded our 2019 33 AirStream Classic, spent 38k with AirStream Adventures They first, damaged my AirStream due rushing and leaving the safety latches undone, the wind essentially folded them backwards in the direction they dont travel. Secondly, after months of work, they lost my keys, but.. didnt know until I arrived to pick it up, again after MONTHS of having it. Third, they took all my power cables, tire chalks, sewer lines and water hoses out and lost them as well?! Be careful and weary of this place, if you want to keep what you have in good condition, go someplace that will respect you and your possessions. Here we sit now, 730pm, no power cables, no sewer lines, no tire Chalks nothing. Thank you Ian Harnish and AirStream Adventures for nothing except headache..what a joke. Pretty bad service, not sure how they have the 4 star review, they probably buy them

Steve and the service team were both knowledgeable and flexible in resolving our water issue. We know it is a busy time in the Service department and we appreciated the assessment and prompt resolution.
