I get most my food at this safe way in clatskanie. You will have to go to go to Astoria if you want a bigger selection. Cheeses for snakes are limited. Wine select is good cause all the wine drinkers know what they want. Lol

Small town grocery at its finest. Only drawback is because it's a smaller store they don't have deli or bakery.

Such a nice little safeway! It's a bit narrow in some spots for navigation but they've got a nice assortment of items and at reasonable prices. Seems to be a bit of an older location on the inside, even with how fancy they've got the outside revamped to appear. Hope they choose to update some of the interior fixtures and appearance. While nothing looked bad or in disrepair, it simply looked very dated and minimally maintained, which could be any sort of headache for employees in the future should they choose to just continue to let it slide. Bathroom was in an odd spot, but accessible. It's in an area typically thought of as "employees only" behind the swinging doors, and right next to what seemed to be a break area for them. Nowhere to wait should it be occupied but slightly in the way of others but there's not really much of a choice..either wait in the walkway or block the doors which is also a safety hazard.
