I woke up to a broken AC and a hot, sweaty, moody family. Hood to Coast managed to squeeze us in that day and promptly fixed it at a decent price. Great customer service and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them! Service: A/C system maintenance

It's taken me a while to write this review, but if there were a way to give Brandon and his team 10 stars, they would deserve every one of them. Last year in 2022 I contacted Brandon and told him I was looking for an extensive split unit system that would cover almost every room in my house. Within only a couple days he came to my house, scoped out my situation and did his best to try to push me to a less expensive central option, but I knew what I wanted. He delivered an excellent design that gave me everything I asked for while remaining as cost effective as possible. Jimmy and Jehu on his team then delivered a great installation experience. They were all over my house but it never felt intrusive, and as someone who goes out of his way to DIY everything, that's saying a lot. Due to timing on my end the system was completed right on the trailing end of the summer last year, so I didn't get a lot of time to experience the cooling but I had a very warm and toasty winter. Now, 4 days into the first heat wave of 2023 I am beyond happy. My whole house is freezing cold and I'm barely using any electricity to do it. Every day I walk around feeling so happy about my decision to go with Hood to Coast HVAC. I talked to a few other companies but nobody else had the whole package as Brandon and his team. He really gave me the confidence that what I'd have at the end of the day would make me happy and I didn't think it was possible but I'm even happier than I thought I'd be. So, if you're curious about not just the immediate right after the job feedback, I can tell you I've lived with this solution through all the different weather conditions so far and I couldn't possibly give a higher grade. I don't think I've ever been more satisfied with the money I've spent on something. Thank you Brandon, Jimmy and Jehu! You're the best!
