My toilets were clogged and I had a horrible smell coming from my laundry room. I tried the old plunger trick and nothing worked, toilets werent flushing and the smell was permeating the house. I called Pinnacle and Robert said he could come out that same day. He arrived between the hours he said he would, diagnosed the issue, explained to me what was happening and what it would take to fix it. Youre always worried when calling out someone to fix something you know nothing about because you fear that they may make some stuff up and over charge you. The way Robert explained everything gave me the confidence to trust that he was being honest. Overall great guy, and great company, I would highly recommend you call Pinnacle the next time you have a plumbing issue arise. If only they did electrical too! I can not say enough great things about Robert! He was beyond profession and very responsive. We called him on Monday with an urgent leak that needed repairing. He walked us through the necessary steps need before he arrived to fix the repair. He had great communication and was so quick. We would strongly recommend his services for any plumbing repairs.
