Great experience here at graham! We were in and out within two hours & were very impressed with how transparent they were with the buying process. They were able to answer all of our questions & got us on the road with a great car!

Went to buy a RAM diesel truck but there were none on the lot. Our salesman Shallon found one that was in transit to the dealership and we put a deposit on it. As soon as it came in Shallon let us know and kept in touch to let us know when it would be ready for us. He was very knowledgeable about the truck and walked us through all of its bells and whistles. It was the most pleasant car buying experience Ive ever had, in large part because Shallon was not at all pushy, was very down to earth and knew his job well. If I could give negative 5 stars for the experience I had and time I wasted with this dealership, I absolutely would. Everything agreed on, had the loan paperwork approved and processing, insurance secured and told by the salesperson that the manager was going to put the car back on the lot because I told him that it was poor customer service when I inquired about picking it up and making sure they had time to service it and fill the gas tank when he told me that the gas tank would not be filled and essentially, that I was lucky to have 1/4 tank as most come to their lot on fumes. The problem with that is that he had already told me (which I had in writing) that they were going to fill the gas tank but apparently, this changed after finding out that I had pre-approved financing and elected to go with GAP insurance through the credit union, which was $796 less expensive than the one being offered by the dealership and that they were now putting it back on the lot as they were making VERY little profit on the deal. This, after everything was already agreed to in writing, sent me a copy of the invoice, etc. This all only proved my point, only poor customer service went to how do you even treat people this way? but all and all, lesson learned and in retrospect, I now realize that they did me a favor, in that I wont have to deal with them or their service department in buying a car from them.
