Great, friendly, return calls. Guys were great, tear out, replace old tub/shower, replaced with 3-4 piece shower. Nicest , professional young guys. Highly recommend Tri-county plumbing.

We had Tri-County plumb our entire home. Not only did they do the plumbing, but we were also able to purchase all of our fixtures (both bathroom and kitchen) from their store. The service has been absolutely outstanding!! The entire staff is very professional and the owner's Wes and Pam make sure the customer is 100% satisfied. Thank you Tri-County.

I might be able to give you a better view on Tri counties services if they had provided any. It takes an agonizingly long time for them to respond to phone calls and schedule you for service, let alone actually provide the service. You call In, 10 days later they call you to tell you when they can schedule you for service, which in my case was four weeks out. The interesting thing is that they had no clue what the service was going to be that they would be providing, because no one asked me what the problem was, how big it was and whether they could handle the issue, and when I tried to provide some detail (it was a broken main water line) they weren't interested. They didn't know if they were going to need a backhoe or a guy with a wrench.  It's an interesting way to do business, but I don't think that they are the right guys for me if I ever have a plumbing problem again.
