        Do not buy a Holt Home! They cut corners and build houses not up to code to save costs at the expense of the homeowners and guaranteed you will be paying thousands of dollars down the line for repairs. They offer a 10 year structural defect warranty but do not honor this. My home, along with many others in the neighborhood, suffered extensive water damage due to poor building quality. Initially I called the warranty department but they said its not their problem and they wont fix it. Im now out thousands of dollars I dont have to make the necessary repairs on a two year old house. One of the biggest being an entirely new roof. Keep looking or set aside a sizable emergency fund because if you buy a Holt home you are going to need it. Service: Home building
