I love fred meyers. they have good deals and very good quality of food and I especially love there garden center and all there tropical plants. Everyone who works there is so polite and very helpful when asked a question.

I went to the meat Department to find a four bone prime rib that was advertised for 4.97 a pound. They didnt have any four bone prime ribs as they only had two and three bone roasts prepackaged. I asked one of the Meat guys if I could have a four rib roast cut for me and he looked at me like I was speaking another language. He told me that it could be a custom order?. Quite rude actually. He went and got his manager and she was quite pleasant. They proceeded and cut a four rib for me which was great but the gentleman that had first helped me handed it to me without saying a word even though I thanked him. Very rude and completely unpleasant. I had my18-year-old daughter with me and she was asking why he was being such a jerk. Two stars is being generous for todays experience. Very disappointing.
