        I am more than disgusted that you have a code on your coupons and wouldn't accept it digitally. I sent my daughter up to order 3 foot long sandwiches and the coupon was for $17.99. They wouldn't accept it and charged her $49.56!!!! That is the LARGEST RIPOFF I've ever seen! She didn't know any better and paid the price! I WILL NEVER return to your store in Cornelius, Oregon Walmart again! I will give the other stores in the area the business first! Shame on YOU! It was more than double...

        In the drive thru. Had a girl tell us that Im with a customer right now, Ill be right with you. Sat for TWENTY minutes before we finally were able to get the attention of another worker thru the drive thru. Turns out she had finished another customers order and left without notifying any other staff that we were out here waiting.

      Hello Ms Meyer. We are certainly sorry for your frustration with the app codes. Unfortunately We have no way to enter the code in the POS system when the order is made in store. Subway advertises these codes specifically to be used when placing an order online or in the app as part of the digital experience.

      Hello Jessica, that is certainly not what should happen and after addressing this with the young lady I can assure you that she was mortified, embarrassed and ashamed that she did not let someone know. She was obviously distracted and we are very sorry for the inconvenience.
