        The price and location are what makes this hotel a good option. The staff were courteous to me and their room was reasonably clean. There are nightlife activities immediately adjacent to the Inn. It is near to the Oregon State University events and not too expensive. They also also border the river and have a great walk/hike through downtown that anyone could enjoy. Safety: There was a couple having an altercation outside my door very late at night.

        The management isn't good at all. The room doesn't come with a plunger so we called the main office to see if they had one & they did but we had to go down & get it from them & then give it back. The ac in our room didn't work AT ALL. & we visited in the middle of summer
