I was blown away by how unprofessional Mike was on the phone. He should be embarrassed. I called him regarding one of his clients. I need to find out what insurance his clients company has that will cover a property damage claim (heavy front load wash machine that was dropped on the concrete and hit a trailer damaging both sides)... he told me that he suggested to his client that he should not go through insurance. I would agree it should just be handled without dealing with insurance but his client told me to call his insurance company and gave me the phone number (even though i shouldnt be handling the matter)... the insurance company Mike tells me i need to call are the exact people that told me to call Mike to get the proper insurance policy. He then continues to tell me i should accept his clients offer of find a used washer online because he says my washer was used... USED BY ME which was bought brand new just recently... who wants to use a used washer coming from complete strangers? For sanitary reasons especially that is unacceptable and really odd that an insurance broker would even be making these suggestions. Rude and unprofessional.. what a joke.... he still didnt give me the insurance information i needed. Sounds like his client may not even have the proper insurance for his MOVING COMPANY....
