        Aderana close on name, she was absolutely great at tackling my issues, took a few hours but she was able to complete the tasks.. she is on pharmacy side of SHP.

        I was given a referral to Dr Rice neurologist at Corvallis Clinic for atypical trigeminal neuralgia by my primary health provider from Samaritan Dr Rice wanted to check me out for TMJ. And give me an MRI. Samaritan Choice refused to pay for my Dr visit or MRI because they will not pay for TMJ. I had to pay $630 out of pocket. And cancel my MRI. Sadly I am a 32 year employee at Samaritan giving anesthesia to take peoples pain away yet they won't cover my care for the chronic head pain I have had for two years. It affects my work
