Brooke Knight and Kim Nichols did an outstanding job for me from the outset, and throughout the process. I understood everything that would happen as a result of Brooke's early communication, and was set up with an App that facilitated document review and seamless buyoff along the way. I had a time constraint due to travel. Kim was particularly helpful in getting the documents together in a timely manner, with impeccable communication via phone and email alerting me when I needed to take action, and what it was for. In the end, they performed exactly as planned, but their professionalism exceeded my expectations at every step of the way. This was a far-superior choice than to go through a typical loan officer at a bank. I highly recommend.

As a first time home buyer Brooke and the team made the buying process as smooth and informative as possible. They have a loan mortgage coach that really helped me get an idea of where my money is going and what options I had for rate but down and what not. They did a great job!
