I highly recommend Katie to anyone looking to sell their house or help buy. After having an unpleasant first go around with a different agent, she made every worry or concern go away. She went above and beyond in every way possible and even with minor hiccups made sure we knew everything that was going on and what our next steps were. She took care of so many minor things that most realtors wouldnt do and got our house sold quickly and smoothly. We Cant say enough great things about her!!

Katie was our familys realtor for three transactions this summer. Besides handling the real estate (two sales and one purchase) she was very hands on helping us clean and pack up one house and scheduling professional cleaning and landscaping for both sold properties. We have worked with several realtors over the years and have never had one actually get physically involved with the cleaning, packing and moving process. Her suggestions as to how to make both sold properties more appealing to a potential buyer were greatly appreciated. She is a great communicator who constantly kept us updated on the sales and purchasing progress. We will not hesitate to recommend her to family and friends.
