        Jodi brings a rare combination of strategic thinking plus intuition. She advised us wisely on all the nuts and bolts, from negotiation to home improvement, and also developed a sensitive understanding of who we are and what kind of house fits our needs. She was quick to respond whenever we had questions--and of course when we needed to make a prompt offer. She was patient with our occasional indeciveness and when I said "This is probably a dumb question..." she always assured me it was a perfectly reasonable one. The result of all her skills was that, even in a very tough seller's market, we were able to buy a house within only a few months. Plus, she has a great sense of humor and is fun to work with!
